on Wednesdays: Ginny’s Yarn Along (adding a bit of writing into the mix of books and yarn)
:: knitting: after reading another blog in the Yarn Along, I remembered I don’t even like scarfs. Last winter I wore a cowl and I loved how that felt. So I decided to start knitting a cowl with that yarn.
:: reading: printing proofs of my new book. The final round and the hardest part, since I really need to let go of it now. I’m supposed to dot the i’s, not to rewrite parts I suddenly don’t like.
:: writing: still working on the concept story. It’s a different way of writing and sometimes hard, especially since I decided to let one of the recurring characters go through something. I have very little room to make that story work, but I’m getting there. It’s a learning experience.

Fijn, een lekkere col.Ik heb beide laatste boekjes nog te pakken kunnen krijgen.Laat je binnenkort horen wat ik er van vind.Knap dat je steeds zulke actuele ( vrouwen) onderwerpen weet te vinden.Laatst las ik in ons blad ( thuiszorg) van een oud kraamverzorgster die professional organizer is geworden. Zit daar iets in voor jou?Niet het feit dat ze eerst kraamverzorgster was. Maar het feit dat er zoveel mensen zijn die hun huis “kwijt” raken aan overbodige troep.Als je vaker “tips” krijgt: vergeet snel wat ik zei! groetjes, Franca.

Yes, cowls are great. The pattern? Just a simple 2×2 rib stitch.

Oh, that's wonderful! Mine are romance novels, though the last one was a romantic detective. I love writing mysteries, so I hope my publisher will agree to do more of them.

Leuk, ik ben benieuwd wat je er van vindt.Wat grappig, ik heb zelfs al een opzetje staan over iemand die professional organizer is. Het lijkt me dus inderdaad een boeiend onderwerp, zeker vanuit het gezichtspunt dat jij noemt. Enne… tips en “verzoekjes” zijn juist altijd welkom, want dan weet ik tenminste wat mijn lezers boeiende onderwerpen vinden. 😉
