It was a busy week and I had a busy day ahead of me. But that busy day brought me very close to the sea. So I decided to leave early and gift myself a few happy moments…

I live rather close (the nearest beach is about 30 minutes away), but I never seem to be able to really make it there. My family doesn't feel the same pull to it as I do. But this time I was alone, so I promised myself I would go. And I did 😉

there is something so calming/freeing/joyful about being close to and in water, with sand under my toes . . . i'm glad you went!
