Remember my “palate cleanser“? Wel,, it’s done.
I’m still not sure what I’m going to use it for, but I’m sure I’ll find something. It turned out 21″ by 15″ (not stretched out), so it’s a decent size for a towel. It’s just a simple basket weave, K10, P10 5 times and repeated that for 16 rows and then switched to P10, K10. I did that for a total of 12 repeats. I added a little crochet border, but it’s hardly visible.
Oh well, good enough.
But what do I do now? I think I need a palate cleanser to be able to start a new palate cleanser 😉

that is so very pretty!

It’s pretty, whatever it ends up being. Is it light weight? Maybe a light toss over blanket for the baby, like when he’s in a carseat? Maybe use on a small table, or shelf, like a doily?

Thank you! Yes, it’s very light weight. I’m sure I’ll find a good way to use it soon. Like a doily is a great idea!

I had a car ride yesterday so I started a hat. Not really sure who it’s going to, but at least I am working my fingers, it felt so good! I think it will be a good palette cleanser for a shawl or cowl, I know I have enough yarn waiting to be knit into something! LOL

You know me and hats… I try to knit other things, but hats are my go-to. Maybe I should look into donating them again…
